Bad start for our trip. The room is old, different with the photos which are new-decorated. The room is so tiny that we nearly cannot open the two luggage boxes at the same time. It will be wise to pay 25% more to live in a proper 4-star hotels.

十分鐘步行可到三個地鐵站，酒店位置唔難搵房間整體上來說乾淨附近有很多食店，晚上深夜不怕餓找不到食店附近有不少酒店但沒有發出嘈音影響

low price, so that just so far so hood

Good - shower is nice, enjoy bathing. Bed is ok, sleep well. Staff really with smile and try to provide help in always. Bad - far far from MRT, better go out by bus, see Google map for details. Room smell bad once I go in it, feel bad. Air conditioner not really enough for day time when I back to hotel for bathing. WiFi not stable, staff said it is new. It looks like a small motel wanna to provide hotel service, but if u need own room and toilet it is the choice, otherwise better to choose room w share toilet nearby this hotel.

Nice hotel-like cost-efficient place to stay!

-Staffs are friendly. They helped us out a lot, providing guidelines to the area etc. -Beds are really comfortable! Pillow is soft and blanket is smooth. I'd say they are as good as those in a big hotel.

I was ripped off by an Expedia computing error by $180 on top of a $240 bill for this hotel. All I get on complaining when ask for the money back is no reply sites and surveys like this I have been with them for years...they seem to be on the down

Been there before... The sheets for the bed and pillow dirty... Carpet dirty... No fridge and no slippers for deluxe room but online states there is... No coffee also because of the economy not good but room price is still higher... Once Business runs with the price so standard amenities should still be provided...
