This beautiful and spacious 2400 sq ft pool home is located on Singer Island and is directly across the street from the beautiful sandy beaches and sparkling blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean.
The home is equipped with everything you need for a great day at the beach including beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, beach toys, coolers on wheels, and beach wagons.
The ocean water is warm and crystal blue year round. There is a reef just offshore teeming with vibrant marine life perfect for snorkelers of all levels. Manatees gracefully swim along the shore line and momma sea turtles nest and baby turtles hatch on the beach March thru October.
We can arrange any and all water sports rentals, sales, and lessons and nature tours as part of your stay including fishing, surfing, paddle boarding, snorkeling, diving, parasailing, mud flats, turtle nesting, bike tours and more.
From the house you can walk just 3 short blocks to shops, restaurants, pizza parlor, ice cream parlor, coffee shop, bagel shop, convenience store, food market, gas station, nail salon, hair salon, gym, and liquor store. Also on the Island is the Si-Spa, Sailfish Marina, Ocean Reef Park, Peanut Island, Phil Foster Park, and just off the Island is MacArthur State Park, Riviera Beach Marina, Manatee Lagoon, and the Port of Palm Beach for cruises to the Bahamas.
The home is safely nestled in the Yacht Harbor Estates neighborhood, on a small block, with the ocean on the east end for gorgeous sunrises and the intracoastal on the west end for spectacular sunsets!

There is high speed wi-fi and cable TV in each room including the bedrooms, living room, and game room, and the wi-fi also reaches to the outside patio. There is plenty of space to set up a home office and a separate home classroom.

The large, open kitchen has all new stainless LG and Whirlpool Appliances including 2 refrigerators, 2 microwaves, convection oven with air fryer, dishwasher, and wine chiller.
The kitchen is fully furnished with inside and outside dinnerware, cookware, and everything needed for either formal entertaining inside or casual entertaining outside by the pool.
The dining area features a custom single slab exotic hard wood table with seating for 8. The dining room opens to the living room, game room, and kitchen so everyone can be together.
The game room features a 65 inch smart TV with custom surround sound, JBL wireless portable bluetooth speaker, wet bar, regulation pool table, full size arcade pinball machine, and pub table poker, chess, and backgammon.
The backyard pool area has resort style tropical landscaping with banana trees, travelers palms, birds of paradise, bamboo, bromeliads, orchids and more, all enclosed by a custom built privacy fence.
At night the trees and pool are softly lit providing wonderful tropical ambiance.
The pool is surrounded by marble pavers with a raised wooden sun deck in the northeast corner providing plenty of Florida sunshine.
In addition to the sun deck there is also a covered tiki themed patio area with seating and ceiling fan for relaxing out of the sun.
The pool deck area has an outside heated shower, 2 dining tables with umbrellas, 8 dining chairs, chaise lounges, gourmet BBQ grill island and smoker with on-sight natural gas included, and a fish cleaning and BBQ prep station with running water.
The salt water pool is rectangle and measures a spacious 16x30, is heated by a Jandy electric heater and averages 78-82 degrees. Oversized pool floats and a basket ball pool game are available.
