“Upon arrival it was a bit unclear where to go for check in. Room on the third floor without an elevator was a bit of a trek. Bed was like a board and quite uncomfortable. Very nice complementary mocktails were crafted in lieu of the complimentary glass of bubbles. Neighboring guests were noisy. Transportation back from town concluded at 9pm on a Thursday night, so we had to drive our own car. Coffee in the morning was delicious. Overall, it was nice, but for the cost we would likely not return……

“Nice hotel, great location. When we arrived the desk staff was withering the abuse of a possibly drunk, nightmarish Karen and the staff handled her childlike tantrum with admirable patience and diplomacy. Hate to see people treated that way, especially in front of my kids. ”

“Review for Highlands Resort – Adults Only I had a lovely and relaxing stay at Highlands Resort. The setting is peaceful, the grounds are well-maintained, and the atmosphere is perfect for a quiet getaway. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit.
