"Staff were very helpful and considerate. Hotel was nice, in a great location. They covered parking costs, and were very willing to help and assist. At about 10:30pm, I wanted to wash up, but there was no hot water available. Apparently, it's shut off after a certain hour (9:00? 10:00?) In the morning, ..."
