“The cabin was less roomy than pictures suggested. Definitely not a disappointment, tho. The hanging beds were a concern that I would need Dramamine! lol But they were so very comfortable. Previous reviews about cleanliness gave me pause when reserving this location, but my experience was that it is an older cabin and cleanliness was as you'd expect for the age of the home. Bathroom, bedding, countertops, tables, appliances, etc... were clean and acceptable. My brief communication with Tim and……

“My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. It’s the perfect location to park the car and explore Dubuque on foot. Plenty to see and do. We took a short drive to the Mines of Spain park. We explored four of the fifteen trails. Ken is the perfect host. He communicates quickly and we love both of his properties!”
