“We are a senior citizen couple vacationing in Curacao the first time and we stayed int there hotel for 3 nights. The hotel self check in was a bit confusing due to a lack of signs. The operations of the room entrance door and appliances can use some instructions. The hotel staff was excellent when asking for support. ”

“This is the best property we could have ever booked for our very first time in Curaçao. If you are looking for a very touristy area, Blue Bay Resort is not for you. However, if you are looking for a relaxing experience, family friendly and just a short drive to the best beaches you will ever see, this is the place to be. You have 2 supermarkets just 3-5 mins away (driving). The private beach was so beautiful. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. The balcony had spectacular……

“The view is just breathtaking! It is a bit challenging to navigate the backroads to find it but once you get the hang of the gps good. Place seems very new, needed some amenities like shampoo, soap etc., but really enjoyed. The host was super responsive. Curacuo is beautiful! ”

“First of all, although the Jan Thiel area overall is nicer, as a resort Blue Bay is great. It’s nice, safe and close to town. The check in experience was the worst: they weren’t expecting us (even though their own print out said check in on the 16th, they had written 17 on the paper). The property manager was quickly cleaning the unit (it wasn’t dirty but maybe not used for a little while). Worst of all they then told us that at the mid point of our stay we would have to move as somebody else……

“The apartment was spacious and just beautiful. Everything we wanted in a place to stay. Close to pool and beach. Easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. Gina was an amazing host. She always answered promptly and took care of any needs we had. One of the 3 showers was not working which caused a little delay in getting ready after the beach with our family of 6. That was the only flaw. Other than that we highly recommend this place and would definitely rebook. ”
