“My stay at the Hampton Inn was great. I had issues with my booking but Deanna at the front desk was attentive to getting the issue resolved. She was so nice and had great customer service. It is rare to find people that have patience and that enjoy what they do in today’s time. She let me know about all of the Hotels accommodations and even through in extra toiletries after I expressed a concern about an accident my family had. Thank you!!!”

“The check-in was quick and easy, the front desk lady was very nice and answered all my questions. The room was clean and the AC was blowing cold. The shower had great pressure. The parking was easily accessible and in front of my room. The buffet style breakfast had a variety of items, hot and cold. Great location Wal-Mart, HEB, many shopping malls and restaurants were right down the road. Overall a great stay, will definitely be staying again. ”

“There are lots of ants at the grass area . I means a lot of them they are building a lot of home. And there are lots noise at night specially sleeping time people still in the pool and playing out loud around 3-4 am. ”

The front desk was helpful and friendly, sadly we didn't get to try the breakfast because we woke up late but the front desk was nice enough to offer us something which we appreciated. We would definitely rent a room here again.”
