“The location was the perfect size for a weekend stay. Had everything we needed from kitchen appliances to towels and extra pillows. Very clean and updated with the bathroom and flooring. Super quiet and great natural light options as well. Rubin was an outstanding communicator as well regarding check in and expectations.”

“The apartment was clean and the beds comfortable. We stayed just one night didn’t use the kitchen except for the coffee maker. The kitchen was decent size for food prep, had a full size refrigerator and a four burner oven stove. There were even basic spices available.”

“This property is right near downtown and all its nightlife and entertainment. However this unit is very quiet. I had no trouble with city noises but if I did there were ear plugs provided. The kitchen was stocked well with all the essentials and few other items you didn’t think you would need. The hosts are friendly kind people and will address any concerns you may have immediately. ”

“The property was well described. Very luxurious and relaxing. Sauna is excellent. Sun room has beautiful view of yard and neighboring gardens, very nature oriented with bunnies, squirrels and birds. Large screen TV was great. Popcorn was a thoughtful touch. Bed is wonderfully comfortable with equally wonderful pillows.”

“Just a few blocks off the main street. Lots of restaurants and fun boutique shops. Falls park also a few blocks where you can walk along the river. The room is basically a hotel room but much less expensive. Host was very responsive and it’s small but very comfortable, only complaint would be no hair dryer.”

“I stayed for two weeks in this cozy apartment and truly enjoyed myself. The apartment was perfect, communication was always prompt and helpful, and I was able walk everywhere I needed to go, which helped me appreciate Sioux Falls’ vibrancy and growing food and wine scene.
