"The waitress at the bar was not accommodating! We needed a table with 5 chairs and she wouldn't do it . The bar was practically empty ! She brought over a really uncomfortable stool ! We left and went to another bar !"

"This is our second stay at your facility. The location is fantastic. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. I'm also very grateful for the extra parking at Cherapa (sp?) place. The only downside to this particular stay was that the hot tub was out of order."

"I liked the room and the downtown area. Very walkable to see Sioux Falls. The hotel; however, is under construction and will be changing names (no longer a Hilton). There was only one elevator in service for a large hotel and many of the amenities were unavailable because of construction."

Something somewhat out of their control was the smoking done by one of the other tenants in the building. It fills the whole hallway/floor up and gets into the room somehow.
