I believe this was more on the fault of Expedia than of the hotel. Expedia made it seem as if the room that had the jacuzzi in it was available, so that is what I booked, but that was not the room we received. When we asked the hotel staff about that, they said that the jacuzzi room is in high demand for a long time, and that they are actually going to discontinue the jacuzzi room because finding parts to fix the jacuzzi isn't worth it. Otherwise the hotel was great and the breakfast was amazing, but if I would have known that there wasn't going to be the jacuzzi in the bedroom, I would have booked a cheaper room. The hotel staff said that they couldn't do anything about refunding me or even switching me to a cheaper room (the hotel was completely booked for the holiday weekend) because I had booked through Expedia and not through them, their hands were tied.
