Bring the family and find comfortable space with lots of room for fun. This 2-story home was built in 2022. It's in a quiet neighborhood on the north side of Sioux Falls. Located just 10 minutes from the Premier Center & the Sanford Pentagon, it provides quick access to the airport, I-90, I-229 and downtown Sioux Falls.
Staying longer? You will quickly feel at home with the comfortable common spaces (upstairs & down), private deck & large backyard, 3 electric fireplaces, new appliances, and heated garage.

Holiday Retreat

This is the second year my family has rented this property over the Christmas holiday. There is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and do their own thing or all group together for meals/games/opening gifts. The house was decorated and the host had a cute tree put up. This house has everything you need to cook, bake, and host. Joan and her husband are very attentive to your needs and we wanted for nothing. The property is new and beautiful! We stayed for three nights. The host lives next door. She was very responsive, there were no issues. The home was clean and had everything one could ask for. I highly recommend staying with Joanie and Lance. They are excellent hosts. Sioux Falls is a small city, everything is within in a short walk or drive.

Property was very accessible and located in a quiet neighborhood. Newly constructed property was very clean and well maintained. Worked well for our groups four day golf trip. South Dakota Vacation

Our family really enjoyed our stay at your home while visiting Sioux Falls to attend our daughter’s graduation from nursing school. Family reunion

We had a great time. The only reason for the 4 on location was because we had other family staying downtown and we were on the northern outskirts, so it was about a 15 min. drive to some of our more southern/downtown destinations. BUT we were close to Falls Park and there was never any traffic problems the whole time. Everything else was super. Definitely plenty of room so didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Clean and plenty of parking.

Beautiful, New & Clean Home

Everything about this home was as promised. We did not prepare any food but the kitchen was well stocked with all the things you would need to prepare meals. The only downfall so to speak is the neighborhood. When first turning the corner to the street there is a very dilapidated property that initially caused me to be concerned, but there were no incidences and I and at no time did I feel unsafe.

Perfect for a mini reunion

Our group had a last-minute change of plans for where we would meet. The owner was more than accommodating, taking our reservation the day before our arrival. The home was easy to get to in a quiet neighborhood, clean, and fully equipped for all our needs. It is beautiful and spacious.
