I cancelled our 2nd night via an interaction between Expedia and the motel. Today I see i was charged over $200 for my stay and the quote was around $55/night. The TV did not work until the manager had to come around and reprogram it, about 5 hours after we got there. Breakfast was poor, NO coffee, urn was empty, plus only biscuits/gravy and waffles, no cereal choices. Never again for Ramada.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The condition of the property was poor but i believe they are upgrading and trying to make it better. Our room smelled like puke with the widows open and fan on. I hope the upgrades help. The pool heater wasnt working and the hot tub was not the greatest.

The parking lot was small , difficult to find a place to park with a larger truck. The room was clean , and the staff was pleasant. Our first night stay was kind of rough due to being able to hear noisy people/ children in the next room. We overheard a crying child and something was thrown at the wall hard enough to shake the headboard in our room.

I have stayed at this location many times over the last 13 years and recently have seen the establishment decline in quality and service the furniture in the room looked like was bought at a yard sale and it used to be nice furniture and the pool and hot tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in a while there was a black ring around the hot tub and pool had some kinda weird moss like stuff floating in it I understand that they are painting and replacing carpets but maybe take that part of the establishment out of service the room smelled like old marijuana and we had to going and getting the room key cards reactivated like I said this never happened before but now it is just disappointing and how about hiring someone to do the repairs instead the desk staff is running around trying to do all the repairs and leaving the desk unattended I don’t know what happened but this is not the Ramada I know and I have been staying or working or bragging Ramada up after this stay I don’t know if I would ever stay or recommend to anyone again the only thing this establishment has going for it is location to eating and sightseeing

I booked through expedia, i booked at the ramada by windham... there are apparently 2 of them in the city i was.. tge wrong one was booked. Couldnt distinguish them. Wouldn't refund any... they got a free $75 out if me. Never checked in, tried to fix it immediately... they didnt care.. money signs

I would never stay here again. Came up for a concert and looked for a hotel semi close. NOT even close to the reviews on line! Musty, damp, water dripped from the sink straight to the floor! Drapes were dirty. Sheets WERE clean though. Came back from the concert to 4 police cars and a lobby full of policemen which probably confirmed our concerns of the "sketchy" people staying there
