The staff was very nice. the only complaint I would have is the fact that they were not upfront about a 100 dollar fee that they hold for incidentals, when I asked about it the lady said we have a notice right here, as she moved there credit card machine was a small 4"- 5" x 2"-3" piece of paper. The room was clean. Beds were super comfortable! Elevator was spacious if you needed wheelchair or walkers etc. Hotel was quiet. Shower was nice. Front desk staff upon arrival was rather rude. She said they charge your card $100 for incidentals. I've had places hold my card but never say they're charging it. They don't charge it, they put a $100 hold on it which doesn't go thru if you don't steal or trash anything-normal procedure. When I told her I didn't want them charging my card she just said we'll you don't have to stay here and grabbed the key back instead of being able to explain that it is just a hold. Hotel is next to the Surgical Institute so it is super convenient. I read some awful reviews about the rooms but ours was on the 2nd floor and very good. Morning staff was very helpful in how to get to the hospital thru the hallways. Coffee was good. We didn't eat the breakfast so don't know about that.

The hotel was okay for a lower-price/quality establishment, but was positioned on Expedia as a much higher offering. The room was older, not especially clean and reeked of cigarette smoke despite being a non-smoking room. If not for the very pleasant and helpful person ar the front desk, we would rate the place even lower.

We arrived late, tired and ready to sleep... BUT to our disappointment..Our linens are dirty, its has hairs and food , looks like cereals under the comforter, the bathroom door lock is loose and keeps on falling, limited parking The only nice thing about the property is the receptionist NOT RECOMMENDED!!

The whole property had an odd smell like a musty basement. Room smelled very bad and floor was so dirty could not be barefoot. The carpet felt sticky and my white socks were black on the bottom after only a few trips to the bathroom. Its convenient being next to the hospital that was the only upside to my stay. If you're planning on staying longer than a few day I would highly recommend staying somewhere else.

Front desk was very helpful and friendly! Nice size room. The bed was a little soft, but I still slept good ! Loved the shuttle availability. We did not eat breakfast due to hospital procedure. We will stay again!

Hard to get to. Dirty around area, homeless people in area. The whole hotel needs to be renovated. Dirty sheets, loud old air conditioner. But the beds were comfy.
