“Good service with clean room”

“The rooms and showers were very clean and free of bugs and mosquitos. The staff very friendly courtesy. The pillows should be washed or changed before they turn black!!! ”

“Under remodeling. Our bathroom door did not open completely . Not elderly friendly ”

“Upon checkin they told us they forgot to block the room we had booked and that the room was already taken. They proceeded to drop us at another hotel which seemed awful compared with the one we had paid for. I asked for shampoo and conditioner which were inherently available at the original hotel I had booked and this idiot of a guy got cheap soap bars delivered to my and my dad’s rooms!!! The bedsheets weren’t changed at all during the 4 days I stayed there and the staff gave my dad a hard time……

“CMT駅の目の前のホテルで非常にアクセスがよく、またレストランやフードストリートが近くとても過ごしやすかったです。窓のない部屋を予約したのでクラクションなどはあまり音がしなくてよかったのですが、ネズミが天井や壁で大運動会してました笑　お風呂のお湯もしっかり出て、とても清潔でした。スタッフさんも親切な方が多くありがたかったです。ありがとうございました。”

“I would recommend for couples or solo travel. Yes the room is a bit basic but for central Mumbai you could not get cleaner, quieter or safer. Short walk to Mumbai central train station and taxis always outside at any time, literally. Staff were outstanding - always available and more than happy to help. Really friendly people. There is a seating area out the front which is great to get out of the room for a while - completely safe and nobody approaches you from the street. If you want luxury……

“房間很小而且很多基本設備都沒有，而且訂購的時候顯示有供應早餐，到現場卻沒有，而且一人一餐還要400INR。隔音超級差，樓上洗澡，隔壁看電視，早上的烏鴉聲全部都聽得一清二楚。下次不會再訂了，cp值太低”

“酒店在一个公寓楼里，设施与服务都不错，干净舒适，地段也可以，虽然价格不便宜，但在孟买也算很不错了。”
