“Am 15.04 hat der Spaß erst 30 min später geöffnet als angegeben. Die gegenstom Anlage im Außenbereich hat leider nicht funktioniert.”

“Maybe location is not in the city center this type of accommodation suits for my needs. Walking distance through the wood to the center of city attractions. Quiet area, safe, parking, sweaming pool, good breakfast - these are advantages of this property.”

“Area is nice and clean, building is new but missing basic amenities such: A/C, basic toiletries, washing machine which is advertised as one of the amenity. They also charge energy fee,which is ironic as they have no A/C”

“The room as well the restaurant have a great view to the slopes and hills. The food in the restaurant tasted fantastic with the exception of bread not meeting the same standards. The staff was very kind and friendly. The room was big enough and well decorated. Everything seemed quite new and well maintained. The bathroom was big and equipped with shower. We didn't use the sauna/wellness option but you can book a private hour for 950 czk. There is a lot of parking room and the ski bus stop is 100……

“Great location. Near all the attractions. Short walk to the entrance to the Karkonoski Park Narodowy (red trail). ”

“A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality. I'm going back next year.”

“Es wahr sehr dreckig, sehr lieblos,bis auf die Schlaf Stube. Silberfische im Besteckkassen und überall auf dem Boden. ”

“Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen, für Spaziergänge optimal. Der Sicherheitsdienst ist 24 Stunden vor Ort und sehr nett. Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Die Verwaltung ist gleich um die Ecke im Ort, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das einzig negative ist die Hellhörigkeit. Außerdem gibt es kein deutsches Fernsehen.”

“The staff was very friendly. Cleaning could be better. The food was nice and there was a good variety of food. We preferred a la cart. The hotel is located close to the center of the town, but also surrounded by nature.”

“Schönes Hotel mit Wellnessbereich in einem separaten Gebäude. Sehr freundliches Personal. Unser Familienzimmer war leider zur Vorderseite ausgerichtet. Schöner Ausblick, aber aufgrund der Bar gegenüber leider etwas laut bis spät in die Nacht. Das soll den Eindruck aber nicht trüben, uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Im Winter sollte man Schneeketten dabei haben, da das Hotel an einem doch recht steilem Berg liegt.”

It is important to know that rooms are only cleaned on request. Unfortunately the staff do not speak English or German. A translator is helpful. We felt very welcome.”
