Unit Layout
You will stay in a 6-room villa that spans 315 square meters across 4 levels. The villa features comfortable and modern furnishings, including a living/dining room with cable TV (flat screen). This area has an exit leading to the garden, loggia, and patio. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, steamer, and raclette grill. There is also a separate WC on the same level.

On the lower ground floor, you will find another living room with a cable TV (flat screen). The upper floor houses 3 bedrooms: one large room with a double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), bath/shower/WC, cable TV (flat screen), and an exit to the balcony; another room with a double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC, and cable TV (flat screen); and a third room with a double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and a separate WC.

The second upper floor features a large room with sloping ceilings, 2 double beds (160 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, and an exit to the balcony. The villa also boasts 2 balconies, a large terrace, and a patio.
