“We just returned from a 28-day vacation at the Blue Karma. Our stay was our 4th visit to the island, our longest and our first at Blue Karma. We were impressed with the location as it was very close to ocean, and somewhat secluded. The nearest neighbor being some 100 yds away. The interior accommodations were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well appointed with just about every cooking pan/utensil known. During our conversation was told that the house as trashed During a party mor than a week before our arrival, further more they told me that even without the damage done during the party that the house is run down and seriously in need of repairs and should not even be available to rent.
