“Istay in 03 room. The room is small. Tv reception an wifi are not good. To get to the room I have to go through under the stair feel like going into the cave.”

Room was not serviced during our 4 night stay but clean towels were provided on request. Maintenance also came quickly when a curtain pole came down and they also provided a mop at my request because I was frightened of slipping in the wet room. I did not realise when booking that there would not be a separate shower. There……

The room is newly refurbished with complimentary wifi and many TV channels. The location is nice. Pangkor Seafood Cuisine, 7-Eleven, and KFC are just downstairs. 10 mins walk to the beach and 19 to ferry. The service is great! The staff contacted for check-in before arrival.
