“Very clean and spacious with all necessities. Very good communication regarding check in and very prompt addressing issues with cable TV while staying there. Excellent host! Good location with ability to walk to all areas of interest. Only negative was the reserved parking areas under trees that dripped a lot of sap from the tree leaves onto the car. ”

“My family and I were in town for just a couple of days for a funeral. We enjoyed our stay at this property. It would be a great space for large family gatherings. I loved the two large living areas that would give plenty of space for a large group to hang out. It was very clean and the kitchen was updated nicely. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Some areas of the home could use a little tlc. The walls and trim work in some of the bedrooms and bathrooms need to be……

“This place looks great, but had some challenges for us. We missed having a table to sit around for meals. The barstools and counter don't work well - counter too high or stools too low. Second bath needs a towel bar. Somewhat noisy at night.”

“House was very clean and well stocked. The yard was horrible. Not usable at all The grass was a foot high. Neighborhood is very run down. Not able to use barbecue because the grass was so tall.”

“Very clean rental with comfortable beds. Well-stocked kitchen, IF you want to cook (LOL). Responsive manager to any questions. Great view of the Columbia River and passing ships. Lots to do in Astoria including restaurants, shopping, museums, and the Columbia riverwalk. This rental is a great central location for trips south down the coast and trips across the river into Washington state. We loved our stay!”

“We truly enjoyed our stay, wished we had 3 nights instead of 2. Loved seeing all the Goonies sites and going to museums and touring the town. Being able to come back to such a comfortable, relaxing environment was clutch. The owners were very easy to work with and paid attention to detail. Lovely home. ”
