"The check in process was wonderful. We received warm greetings from the front desk staff and it was helpful that she was proficient with speaking English. The thermal pools and the breakfast buffet were the best parts of our stay. I highly recommend staying here and we will be back again!"

Where is my bath?? :(

"When i booked the room, it says "deep bath and shower". When we get the room, there was only showercloset. This hotel have two two person room, one with "bath" and one with hot tub. So if you want bath, take room with hot tub or you get only showercloset. Location was nice, i liked that there was ..."
