Check in was really easy which was good. Room was clean. My only advice would be more pillows and bigger mugs and a teaspoon. However we were woken at 1am by some idiot vaping in their room and setting of the fire alarms!! Then never got back to sleep due to the inconsiderate piss heads arriving back at all hours up to 5am. Now get they are young and im not a party pooper but maybe in the hotel description it should mention that its let out to young people so oldies like me wouldnt book it. Also maybe a fan in the rooms as the windows are tiny and the room was like an oven.

We like staying at harbour hotel but really like the flats very nice place to stay, the hotel toilets is blocked so had 2 have someone out for that, still not right but it’s fine the staff is nice and helpful I would recommend the hotel and the flat two stay

We had an issue with our room but it was sorted in minutes by a lovely workman , spoke to the owner and he was really lovely and helpful , the workman even offered to help my disabled husband up the stairs . We really enjoyed our stay and planning to come back again !!!

We didnt stay at the property as it made us feel uncomfortable we had booked a room with a sea view couldnt see through the windows as it was misted up.also plug socket was broken off the wall.no receptionist.there was noise everywhere around the property felt like a hostel it was horrible

Cheap and practical not quite as bad as some reviews .. nice clean bedding and towels .. Just needs money spending on it and an update . Free parking from 6pm till 8pm in car park over the road near arcade as only disabled parking at hotel .

The rooms need updating the look of the rooms are poor the bathroom door does not Evan shut properly you have to lift the door to close it, the window does Evan have a handle, it all needs painting just all needs updating!!

I wouldn’t normally put the words hole and sh1t in the same sentence for a review but nearly two hundred quid for two nights for a room that you couldn’t have a cat swinging contest in, the shower, was broken, the room itself appeared tacky. One saving grace was clean ( I think) bed linin. I think if you’d have come across to these shores in a dinghy, and the authorities put you up in here, which is what I think it’s used for, you would ask for a move. Nice man on reception though.

What a complete hell hole dirty bed completely un sleep able just a bed and a table in the room burns in the carpet it should be closed down you should warn your customers not to stay at this hotel

Absolutely disgusted with my stay. The bedding was disgusting with urine patches on from not having clean bedding. The noise is horrendous. There was also a constant smell of faeces. I tried making a complaint and noone is interested

No heating in the room. It was cold. Neither normal radiator or oil radiator in the room worked. Phoned the number, got another heater brought to the room, took a good while to warm the room up Got one shower then the hot water went cold. It was still cold the next morning

Upon arrival i had problems checking in as this hotel DO NOT have staff working there i had call a number to gain access into the property when i looked in the room allocated to myself and my wife it was was absolutely disgusting no pillow cases on pillows and the pillows had a lot of dirt on them the bed linen was disgusting when i pulled back the quilt there was no heating on in the room which i would expect being winter we could not stay there as it was absolutely horrible place when i asked for my money back there reply was NONE REFUNDABLE and had too book another hotel

Curtains were falling down cigarettes holes in them room stunk window wouldn't shut flooring was ripped up shower wouldn't work properly beds were ok but rock hard !!!!! Pillows were flat and you get 1 the bathroom slide door wouldn't shut or open really needs work done
