“The staff, Charlene & Richard, were excellent with customer service. Both answered all my questions politely. The pool and hot tub were disappointing. It was clear the facilities need upgrading and the hot tub had green algae (?) on the outer side of the tub. The wall paper/paint was bubbled. The room was clean, but again there was signs of neglect and/or need of painting/wallpapering. ”

“Cleveland House has a beautiful property with an incredible location on Lake Rosseau. Mature trees, and many buildings with character. That being said, I’d never stay here again. Regardless of some minimal upgrades, the place looks as though it hasn’t changed since the 60s. Happy upon arrival, things quickly changed when we arrived at our building to locate our room.
