“Terrible!Terrible!
I booked two days and pre-paid, but when we arrived, the hotel's reception is out of work. And they said our room was sold to others.How can it happen？Hotel in Rabat is tight, we drove all around the city, but we cannot even find a room to stay. That was the most terrible experience in my life. So I want to complaint this hotel.”

Pour moi c’était une mauvaise expérience, j’ai dû payer extrêmement chère une autre réservation de la dernière minute. "Staff asked us to pay $170 MAD city tax when we checked out in hurry. We subsequently realised we had already paid that at the time of booking. In short, staff asked us to double pay what we have already paid. That’s not right. :("
