A newly built stone villa , fully air-conditioned, garden and pool.
Surrounded by lovely Mediterranean garden which also has a pool and a private sunbathing area.

Inside, the villa is light and bright, with pleasant décor, creams and whites with touches of Mediterranean architecture in this relaxing villa.

The villa consists of one Eu-suite Bedroom two bathrooms , a fully equipt kitchen , private pool one sofa bed who sleeps 2 people , dining area for four .

Beautiful Skiathos
We always pick secluded villas and this villa is perfectly located- a 20min walk to town We drove and the road leading to the villa is a dirt track but easily located on Google maps (Apple Maps incorrect) The villa is perfect for two and not overlooked The kitchen is well stocked if you wanted to cook and María was lovely with welcome gifts of ham bread butter wine water beer and a home made cake- the little touches were great- also they leave you a robe and changed the linen twice in a week The pool is cleaned daily and loungers very comfortable Beautiful villa on a beautiful island

Magical villa
The villa was perfect for our 9 night stay. Private and just far enough out of town that it was quiet and peaceful. We did not have a car or scooter as we enjoy walking and the bus system is very convenient. Bus stop #2 is at the end of the dirt road leading from the villa to the main road to go to the beaches or you can keep walking into town. Breakfast on the shady back terrace and a few dinners at the pool were all amazing and made for a wonderful holiday. The pool was always kept clean (Pool person comes in the AM early) and the housekeeper was also very kind and took care of us. Recommend 100%

Fraaie woning in het groen; wel hobbelige zandweg om er te komen en heb je eigenlijk wel vervoer nodig (auto/scooter oid) om ergens te komen. Mooi zwembad. Elke dag onderhouden en ook halverwege schoonmaak van de woning met schoon witgoed. Prima. Goede airco; alhoewel nauwelijks nodig. Keuken prima Kortom fraai huisje; veel privacy
