“The customer service was amazing! They met us at our car when we drove up. They unloaded our car and then gave us complimentary valet service! The hotel is beautifully decorated in old New Mexico style. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful! The food at their in-house restaurant, Garduno's was delicious and the staff was friendly. I will definitely stay there again.”

“It was amazing! Had to exit the Ramada by Wyndham to the south (scary) and came here. Felt so safe and everything was clean, comfortable and quiet. They even had robes and slippers to wear and real cups to drink out of. Local artisans make the cleansing products and they even provide a TSA approved bag to take the items in. The staff could tell I was anxious after my fiasco with the previous hotel and made feel so comfortable and safe. This place is like a boutique hotel. I will come back again!”

“Fantastic stay at the Santa Ana Star Casino! Friendly staff, comfortable and newly renovated rooms, and a non-smoking casino made for a very pleasant stay. The pool & hot tub is under a roof to protect you from the sun, but has an open side to allow for a nice natural breeze.
