“Beautiful swimmimg pool but the water was a Little bit too cold”

“This was a wonderful experience. The property sits above the town of kiviri. The beach is a downhill walk, so we drove down so as not to walk back uphill. There is parking on site. The owner is wonderfully responsive as we learned when we locked ourselves out! There are restaurants in close proximity. The city of Nafplio is a 20 minute drive. This is a great town for those who want peace and quiet and families. I cannot say enough about our stay, we loved it!! The kitchen and main bedroom are……

“Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Kalamata. Panos der Vermieter war sehr bemüht und hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns immer mit sehr guten Tips und Ratschlägen versorgt. Das Haus und der Garten sind super gepflegt und sehr sauber. Lediglich die Nähe zur Hauptstrasse hat manchmal gestört. Die Zimmerbeschreibung stimmt nicht ganz, das 3te Schlafzimmer ist ein Teil ( Empore) des zweiten Schlafzimmers und hat keinen eigenen Eingang. Es gibt schöne Strände in der Nähe ( in südlicher……

“We spent just under 3 weeks in the Peloponnese and this mansion was our home base. It was so excellent we didn't want to leave. Great pool and hot tub, spacious, lots of fruit trees that were in season, a taverna within walking distance and beaches that were perfect for sunning and playing in the Aegean. The house is so impressive and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, an outside grill, gated with an large lawn, and views to die for. We also loved the ping pong table, foosball table……

“We really enjoyed our stay at this home just outside of Kalamata. We were 7 in total and the home accommodated us well. The home was very well maintained and clean. Two balconies with great views of the city, beach clubs within walking distance. Would defiantly recommend this property to others.”

“Great little spot just on the edge of the busy part of Kalamata. The unit had everything we needed and the private pool was a nice bonus to cool off. Would recommend this place to anyone. The black out automatic blinds made sleeping in so nice. Extra nice touch was the juice and water in the fridges. Great experience overall.”
