“The house was nice, newer updates and a step up from the typical lake rentals in Maine. The main floor has a nice kitchen, living room, dining, master bedroom and full bath. Wish the upstairs had more than a loveseat for gathering and watching tv. The downstairs is big, has a bedroom, living area, and half bath. “This is a lovely spot with expansive views of a gorgeous lake location. We enjoyed the house, the grounds, the upper and lower decks, the kayaks and SUPs provided, and dock with access to the lake. From all the little details in the house and the host always made sure we had everything we needed and that he was just a text away if we needed anything at all. “The place was dirty. Went to the basement to check out the laundry room and found standing water because the sub pump was broken, 3 full piles of bedding in and on the washer and dryer. This led me to believe the sheets on the bed had not been washed. The stove top was dirty, dishes in the dishwasher, dirt in between the cushions of the couch.
