“We had such a great time at Waterfront Mansion with hot-tub & Pool by RedAwning and enjoyed our visit to Pocono so much. The house fit our group perfectly. It was very clean, cozy and equipped with everything needed for flawlessly spending a weekend. So many activities inside of the house! The view is amazing, right on the beautiful lake. It was really pleasant to go kayaking even in November. Evgeny is a great property manager and was very easy to communicate with. Will be glad to come back……

“This house was PERFECT for our girls' trip. The outdoor space was incredible. The porch was perfect with plenty of seating for everyone. The pool was huge and wonderful. The hot tub was a great benefit and we had lots of fun in the game room. I would definitely recommend this place. We were perfectly content spending a long weekend barely leaving the property at all. ”

“Good location, poor condition of the house.The house is old, many things require repairs, the carpet is very dirty, and the heating and cooling system is difficult to operate.The owner is very demanding.I had to spend half an hour talking to him before checking in, and then there were many requirements for check-out:I had to close all the windows, even though when we arrived, half of them were already open.I had to turn off the heating throughout the entire house, but the heating is not central,……

“Our research team spent 3 nights here and it was absolutely perfect. Enough space and the house had a great layout so people weren't on top of each other. The kitchen and living spaces were also large enough for our big group to convene together. It was also really nice to have the back deck and outdoor spaces for our breaks. Everything was super clean and easy to use. There was a little power outage on the 1st day but we were able to get in touch with Nick very quickly and he was so helpful……

“The house was great Altho there was not space for the family to watch a show together easily due to arrangement of furniture. The gaming system was not ideal (old stuff). I’d also like a kitchen towel and more hooks throughout! But the owner was always available and the beds were great! ”

“The overall experience was very good. There are a few minor things that would have helped the stay be better. The heat was great as long as you follow the instructions of keeping doors closed. But the Hot water was luck/warm the entire 4 days. A list of things already deficient in the house would have been helpful. Indicating how the light switch works and labeling them to what they turn on. microwave did not work, the liquid dish detergent dispenser is broken, the arm chair in the living room……

“We had a mixed bag during the week. For the beginning of the week it was my wife, myself and my daughter. She was required to work mid week so we were alone for a couple of days to relax in the afternoon sun. It was great. Toward the end of the week the house filled up with my brother and his wife, my niece, husband and baby and their dog. The house was able to accomodate everyone with their own space while not being cramped. Everyone was free to do what they wanted on the lake. The……
