“Lovely house with plenty of space for a family. Location was great to downtown Ithaca and to explore the waterfalls and lakes. The S’mores and campfire was a nice touch!”

The location is quiet and private and when you sit out back on the patio with your coffee, you think that you’re way out in the country! “We loved our stay at John's property. The house had everything we needed and the outside pond and yard were great for watching wildlife (deer, groundhogs, bunnies) and enjoying the outdoors. It's an easy drive to Ithaca and to parks. The state park pass was such a nice bonus! We'd be happy to stay here again and explore the area more. ”

“This is one of the best hosted VRBOs that I have stayed in. It is not necessarily the most updated interior, but the quality of the hosting far out-shadows the vintage kitchen. There were thoughtful touches everywhere -- good quality local coffee and half and half in the refrigerator, ample plugs for phone/smart watch chargers in the bedrooms, storage units for toiletries in the bathroom, and more. It is clear that Michael has given careful thought to what is needed for a comfortable stay -- and……

“Decent Stay for Family of 4. just 8 miles from Ithaca, All required amenities were provided including toiletry kit, though we already had our own n didn't use it. Kitchen too had all required things. Since cell coverage was weak, but Wifi did work fine. 2 pet dog were adorable. ”
