“Property exactly as advertised. Everything you could possibly want and need for the beach and for a very very comfy stay. Mary was awesome to communicate with!The only thing I would give a heads up on to future guests is that the property faces the back side of all of the restaurants and businesses on second street. So if you're noise sensitive you will experience some refuse management and delivery truck noise. This is not specific to this property at all but all of the housing in this……

“Staying on the main drag is not for everyone - it's noisy and there are bright lights at night. But it was perfect for us. You can see the ocean and the waves breaking just above the dune. You can people watch. Everyone can go where they want without worrying about taking the car. It's a bit shabby but clean, comfortable, and everything works. Lots of room for a family. Easy to get help via text. Lots of beach chairs and towels. Will definitely stay there again if I go back to Rehoboth. ”

“Property listing is very accurate. Location was a bit off the beaten path but convenient to drive to either beach town, we spent morning at shops in Lewes and afternoon by ocean on Rehoboth. Cottage was very clean, comfortable. We brought our dog and there was a nice marsh area to walk her. Kitchen had everything we needed. Overall it was a very nice place to stay”

I had one simple question and texted the property manager and received an immediate response. The place was modern, immaculately clean and decorated in a cute nautical style.
