“Eşim kalacağımız yerler konusunda hassastır ve burayı çok araştırarak seçti. Her şey tertemizdi. Oda yeterli büyüklükte ve konforluydu. Tek otobüsle merkeze kısa sürede varıyorsunuz ki zaten şehiriçi otobüsler ücretsiz. Sadece son gece odamızda bir örümcekle beraber kaldık fakat bu kendi evimizde bile yaşanabilecek bir durum. Birde kaldığımız otellerde konaklama süremiz boyunca odamıza girilmemesini tercih ederiz. Bu sebeple temizlikle görevli hanımefendiye temizlik istemediğimizi söylemiştik……

“Reception services are outstanding. They help and even protect us from some taxi threat. One outside taxi driver cheat me ten times of the fees and did not let me go, but the reception persons go to help and save me after my wife ask help. Excellent services and attitude that I have never seen before in another hotels even I go travelling nine times a year!!”

“Nice room. You could hear some noice from the hallway (thin doors) but it really didn't bother me that much. The breakfast was at a nearby hotel so I had to leave the premises. I had no problems with that either. Great breakfast buffet. Really friendly and service-minded staff at the Botanica Residence. Especially Milos(?) who gave me some information about the local football culture. ”

“房間空調不冷，想借風扇，沒有，服務台說到淩晨後，自然會冷快😂😂，想拿一些冰，服務台說機器壞了，房間窗台破爛，牆壁發霉，樓下大堂門，好像幾百年前的堡壘一樣，太重了。停車位就在門外，但交通超繁忙，泊車會有危險，早餐一般般，好像只提供美式咖啡，連乳酪都沒有。只有一個優點，酒店旁邊就是超市。”
