“A "special" on-line check in was required, because this is an apartment without a "front desk." This had to be done before a code and location for a key pickup was disclosed. I understand the process now, but the on-line check in is not easy and may not be possible on a hand held device with potentially questionable connectivity. I managed, and it all turned out, but the process should be disclosed during booking and not just a day before.”

“Die Lage ist am Rande der Stadt direkt neben dem schönen ZOO in Wischau/Vyškov. Die Rezeption ist meistens nicht besetzt und die Anmeldung muss in einem anderen Hotel erfolgen. Auch wenn beim Verlust ein neuer Schlüssel benötigt wird, muss mann durch die ganze Stadt fahren um es in anderen Hotel abzuholen. Die Zimmer-Einrichtung und die Flure sind veraltet (80-er/90-er Jahre) mit hässlichen Teppichen, aber alles ist sehr sauber, die Matratzen sind nicht bequem und durchgelegen. Das Bad ist……
