“The hotel is comfortable. Away from civilisation so its peaceful. Downside is that is it very far from places that you would want to go to. There is no fridge in the room, that's sad. I couldn't buy back beers to chill in my room. The hotel does not have any alcohol in their menu. The food in the hotel is not that great. If you are hungry after 10pm your only option is to order in. Use the GO-Jek app to get some pretty good food delivered to you. Basically, the hotel is a good place to come back……

“Comfortable, quiet and relaxing. But staff need to inform the guests when someone has given the guests something at the reception. “The hotel itself was great. The rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was fantastic - so many options. The location was a bit far from the centre and the neighbourhood was not great. There were some warungs across the street, but not walking distance to restaurants. Grabs and Gojeks were easy, so not too big an issue. ”

“Unhygienic and dirty. The bathroom had wet yellow urine spilled on toilet and the previous occupants toiletries were still there. The bed had so many stains and when we removed the blanket there was mud and dirt inside. They did not clean the sheets after the previous occupants. The room had small bugs crawling and we can’t step foot outside in the patio either. We spent the night in disgust as there were no place to go at that time of the hour.
