“Communications with Heirloom were with a very nice, professional.It took a few email and text messages to get the complete instructions to enter the unit. Stair count communicated was low (15 vs 21). The recently installed floor had raised ends that could have presented tripping problems. A window was not completely closed during the coldest days of the year. The clothes washer was not ready for occupation and resulted in un-needed communications resulting in a refund of 25% when we agreed……

Was in walking distance to the town and just down the block and around the corner to the Mockingbird Cafe for breakfast! Great parking! The absolute only difficulty is there is not an elevator. Otherwise this was a huge, fantastic property to fit our big family is certainly a 10 out of 10!”
