“Stayed overnight after going to Proctors for the last waltz. Everything was great. Neighborhood is nice but watch out for some sketchy ppl walking the road. Felt safe inside. ”

Place is adorable, we weren’t planning on spending the whole weekend but immediately after arriving we knew we had to spend more time. Maryann is great, very responsible and makes everything easy. “This is a beautiful, spacious house with beautiful views. We stayed here in October when all the foliage was at its peak. The host was so nice and so easy to communicate with. The house was cleaner than any hotel I’ve stayed in and stocked with all the amenities such as towels, toiletries, washer and dryer, etc. ”

“Our host, Tony, was very hospitable and the property was in a gorgeous area not terribly far from most essentials. We barely needed to shop for them, however, as he stocked the cottage with just about anything and everything we could’ve needed. I highly recommend staying here if you happen to vacation to this area.”

“The room is as described and shown in the photo and as mentioned in earlier comments the fence has a gap so it’s still a leash required yard, but they have designed a privacy passage between the room and the bathroom so concerns about that have been eliminated. We had trouble with the key box but help arrived quickly when we got there, and they provided everything needed for a lovely stay with my two pups. ”

At first I was dreading the 30 minute drive to the fields, but the Cherry Valley to Cooperstown drive is so beautiful. The home was perfect for us. A clean and comfortable farm house with plenty of room. Do not miss the sunrise! Karen wast a wonderful host who accommodated us arriving later than expected and communicated well whenever we had questions. You can tell she really cares about your experience. Highly……
