“Pls don’t pick this hotel if u expect u can have hotel normal service. They are digital hotel with no reception, no housekeeping from 1pm to other day morning. U they don’t expect u need a glass, or a fork and they won’t provide them in the room. To their suggestion, as a digital hotel, I think u should let your customer get those they need in a digital way, say self service counter for necessary. I didn’t get the digital key email before my check in. Lucky that I arrived a bit early before……

“Beautifully renovated historic building with beautiful garden and a top-notch restaurant. The new lift is especially good, saving us the effort to wrestle luggages up the steep stairs typically of older Dutch buildings. Quiet surroundings at the historic city center. “if you go outside the room the view is really nice. unfortunately, they lock the window of my room, the temperature of the room becomes very high. I try to tell myself, it is a prison, don't ask for more. I am living right below the restaurant, it is very noisy at night. In general if you do not stay to long, 1-2 days, it should be a good experience.”
