Good value hotel close to Terminal 5.Bus 703 stops directly outside of hotel both ways for £1.50. Hotel clean, modern and comfortable beds.Breakfast has lots of choice but found scrambled eggs and mushrooms bland. Good dining options of Italian and Thai pub opposite hotel.

Got in quite late on a Monday night and found an Indian restaurant nearby that was open until 11pm. The staff were very nice. Really easy to get here from the airport. My only thoughts are that certain parts of the room could use a remodel like the bathroom sink and shower which felt a bit older and stained. I never figured out how to turn the hot water on in the shower lol.. but that’s probably just a me thing. Otherwise, the place was clean and it was a nice stay!

I liked everything about this property it was perfect for me apart from one simple thing spoiled my stay which was my Amazon fire stick being stolen. I had checked out in the morning only to realise later that day I left my Amazon firestick and remote in the room once I had realised I contacted the hotel in which I spoke to one of the staff who went to the room and found it and confirmed it was as all there and to come collect it the next day. The following day I came to collect it only to realise that the fire stick had been stolen so I confronted the receptionist at the front, I insisted she call her colleague who found it and thank god he had taken a picture of it when he found it in the room the day before

AND THAT WAS IT... DEFINITELY NEVER AGAIN.... THIS HOTEL IS BAD BAD BAD... AND I DON'T MIND THE COMPANY BECAUSE I STAYED IN ITALY IN B&B AND THE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT... COULD BE THE POOR ENGLISH CUSTOMER SERVICE OR A MEDIOCRE MANAGEMENT TEAM BUT IT WAS DISCUSSING...

It was overall again and would possibly book innthe future but room service showed up 15mins early then came back 7mins prior to check out and began explaining she needed to clean the room which was quite annoying as my partner and i was trying to get ready but was now taking longer because of conversating with the cleaner
