“Check-in was smooth, no issues. Property was clean, looked exactly like the photos; close by everything we wanted to do. Kitchen and grill were fully equipped. The private pond was a calming place to be throughout the day, enjoyed the paddle boat multiple times. ”

“Charlie's by the Bay had SO many amenities that we didn't expect to use, but did. The side patio by the fire pit was a perfect spot for our small group to hang out in in the evenings. It's so close to Main Street for shopping, restaurants and bars, can't beat this location! It's super clean and updated with the little extras we enjoyed like the beach towels, small cooler bags, BIKES, keurig, etc. We will definitely be back again. Gina was the best host! ”

“My family and I all came to Michigan for a family gathering and this place was perfect for us. There was plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable. Lots of outdoor space as well to gather and relax. I love how close the location is to downtown and the water. It’s an easy walk to restaurants and places to explore. I would stay again! ”
