Beautiful home setting with covered balcony for outdoor relaxation, entry to an exquisite dining/ living room and kitchen . The bedroom and personal bathroom are nestled on the main floor. You will love the comfortable queen sized bed with it's lush linens as you drift off to sleep from the exotic sounds of nature outside. Chateau Getaway 2 is your home away from home!

Right next to Devils Hole, and a short 5 min walk to an amazing beach at John Smith's Bay. A downstairs room in a shared house, with other long term residents upstairs, who were lovely during our stay.We mostly used buses, but this may be better suited to those hiring bikes due to early termination of bus services (6pm ish).We did have a plumbing issue early on, but the host was very communicative (and apologetic) and this was resolved as soon as was reasonably possible.So a great base for touring the island, and a nice veranda to chill out in at the end of the day as the sun goes down.

The house was very cool and the neighborhood lovely. The host was very helpful. I had assumed that as a VRBO we would be the only ones in the house, but the only room we had to ourselves was the bedroom. Kitchen and bath were not up to par cleanliness wise. Fridge did not work properly.

The property was charming, a slice of authentic Bermuda from years ago. The house was comfortable and the long term renters were friendly ... there were long term renters upstairs. It was described as though we had the house to ourselves. We went into the situation thinking we were renting a house, not a room; additionally the key to open our room is the same as the key to open the front door to the house ~ zero security. It was a lovely vacation, but others should be aware of the bait & switch.

This home was the perfect stay for 1 or 2 people in smiths parish. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it’s great if you’re looking to just relax away from the busy downtown. It was close to the airport & the beach, and there was a convenience store & restaurant walking distance. The host was super easy to reach and always answered within minutes. Definitely recommend staying here!
