“Curt obviously put time and money into fixing this space and making it comfortable for a VRBO. New full size refrigerator, new stacked LG washer/drier, huge king size bed, stacked full beds with a pull out trundle bed, new toaster oven and microwave, etc. The best feature for us though was the proximity to DE Turf. It is very close making it very convenient for lacrosse tournaments.”

“I was in town with my teenage daughter for a lacrosse tournament. All the hotels were booked, so we thought this would be a good option. IT WAS NOT. First of all, the blue room really only sleeps 1 comfortably. The bed is a double, not a queen. The pull out couch is very uncomfortable, basically metal springs with some padding over it. “We stayed 4 nights and it was the perfect place! Plenty of space, nicely decorated, lovely view of the canal, and very close to all that Chesapeake City has to offer. Wonderfully clean and the manager couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful! We hope to stay again next year! Thank you!”

“Communication with Andrea was excellent, she’d reply to any questions I had in less than 24 hours, and she is very hospitable! The property was as described except there is only one bathroom rather than two. My trip required lots of activity, on-the-go most of the time, so we basically needed a place only to sleep and this fit our need perfectly. We did have another guest staying in the complex at the same time as my friends and I, but our schedules never seemed to clash and we didn’t run into……
