“Perfect lake house with direct view of fireworks!”

“What a great spot. Photos don’t do it justice. Open floor plan on first floor, whole place tidy and comfortable. Such a private and relaxing view above the lake, from two different levels, the patio, and then the large upper deck. We saw turtles, heron, fireflies, and the fish were jumping. There’s a covered portion of the dock with a picnic table, and a separate floating dock with a swim ladder. Jumping in the lake is recommended!”

“Wonderful stay. Quiet cove. House has a great layout - master down with three bedrooms upstair. Very clean . Very organized. Nice dock as well as small private beach that provided shade at times during the day. ”

“We had an amazing time. Home just as descried. We spent the days on the dock, swimming, fishing, just sitting a talking. We watched fireworks light up the night from the dock. The house was big enough for the 9 of us. The screened porch was a great place to relax. The view was incredible. The location was great. Close to stores. We ate at Sweet Waters. Food and service were on point. ”

“Birdsong is an adorable cottage & perfect place for me to stay while in town for several weeks. We were lucky that the flowers on the property were blooming so it was extra pretty! The cottage is close to uptown and 74, and is the perfect size for two people! “From scheduling to checkout everything was an easy experience. The cottage was cute, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was nice and well maintained.
