“Have been using VRBO for the past 6 years. First poor experience I’ve had. Rented for a work / personal trip, the property owner was virtually impossible to get in touch with and there was a tenant in the connecting property that was unaware there was a guest coming in and seemed unfriendly / wary of anyone else being on the property. Needed internet access to work, and there was no internet / WiFi - again the VRBO owner was completely unreachable and never responded.”

“We were in town for an engagement party in Historic Roswell. This property is very convenient to the little downtown. The property was very accommodating with little welcoming touches that we really appreciated. I needed to speak to the owners a couple of times and they were very responsive. I would definitely stay there again!”

“This was out and out fraud. The listing claimed to be a hotel and was not. It was a seedy apartment with one of the bedrooms bolted shut. ”

“This space was comfortable and very close to where we needed to be. The calm beach decor makes it cozy. All interactions with the hosts were prompt and pleasant. The new shower is beautiful. I would definitely return to this property. The microwave, toaster oven, fridge, and coffee maker let us do breakfast in and reheat leftovers. We did borrow ceramic coffee cups from a friend, but disposables were provided. We did not use the pool or the hot tub, but we were there out of season. ”

“What a delightful place to stay while visiting my son and daughter-in-law for a few day. The location is perfect as it was quaint and in a very safe location. I was worried I might be nervous staying alone, but that was not the case.The carriage house gave me plenty of privacy and was stocked with everything I needed, especially the need for coffee!!! The place was spacious and had a full kitchen for cooking. The bed was so comfy. I definitely would stay here again. If you book this place……

“This home is cozy and tucked away from the street. It has easy acces to the freeway and there are restaurants within a short distance. It was clean and looks exactly like the pictures. The host was very responsive.”
