“We had a last minute chance to go the Snead’s Ferry/ North Topsail Beach area. I was overwhelmed with all of the choices (mid-March… so slow season- I think?) Since I have not been to North Topsail Beach before it was a little difficult to make a decision. This rental property was a GREAT choice! The communication with the property manager was EXCELLENT! The rental unit was VERY clean and just as described. The complex that the unit was in was one of the larger properties in the area and was……

“We loved everything the room was perfect cold ac soft couch and bed was great. Only issue with anything was mother nature. Beach was taken out due to storm. But as luck had it the surf broke on the sandbags out in front of our deck so the sound and breeze was awesome. The room was really nice. Pleanty of room and had a lot of extras and very clean. I want o go back for vacation and i hope we ge the same room. ”

“Great place to stay and communication with the manager was top notch. My only mediocre comment is to stress how difficult the inside steps were for 55- 60ish age adults to use when carrying up large items. I found that using the outside steps was easier and safer. Overall, we all enjoyed the week. ”
