Unsafe and dirty
The photos of this property must have been taken prior to anyone ever staying here. The house was in disarray, with water damage, mold growing on ceilings, the fridge, and items found in the kitchen. The spindles on the banister for the stairs were falling out and a small child could have very easily fallen through. The fridge, stove, vaccum, and multiple chairs were broken, along with the hot tub not being available for use during our stay. On top of this, the house was filthy when we arrived, and they had to bring in an emergency cleaning crew who attempted to clean the main living area and kitchen. I have stayed in many rental homes over the years and I am sad to say that this one was by far the dirtiest upon arrival.
That being said, if the house gets a good cleaning, and some TLC, it could be a very nice place to stay with easy beach access. But until that happens, it was not worth the money we paid.
