“Amazing hotel. Fantastic suite. Bathroom/shower best ever. Great amenities, snacks and soft drinks. Wonderful gracious staff. But the little things are annoying. iPads that don’t work (you can’t do anything without them), filthy windows, technology that is too complex to navigate. Even after being trained twice I still had to call for help to make a coffee. With a few tweaks it would be a 5!”
