Most notably, the upstairs beds had dust and dirt on them from window AC unit that needed to be cleaned off. I also found some other areas that were overly dusty/hadn’t been cleaned in quite awhile. The staircase up to the loft is much narrower than it appears in the listing, and no hand rail other than the rafters to hold on to. Definitely would not recommend for kids, as the……

“Two families with kids stayed here for a long weekend - wonderful house with everything we needed, plus a beautiful pond and fire pit outside. Easy drive to Crisfield to catch the ferry to Smith Island, plus kayaking in Janes Island State Park. Great getaway spot in a quiet part of the eastern shore. Host was super-responsive!”

“Upon entering it smells musty and old. The refrigerator was not cooling Had to keep getting ice to keep dairy cool in a cooler. Bathroom radiator was blowing hot air. Linens I pre ordered were not the correct size for our bedding and missing one set. promised A call from management and that never happened !”
