“My daughter and I, both teachers, enjoyed the quietness of this neighborhood as we sat outside and read our Kindles most of the time we were actually at the cabin. It was centrally located to everything we planned and we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood in the evening. Just a couple of suggestions that would make the stay even more enjoyable: turn air on for guests remotely before they arrive (it was 89 in the cabin when we arrived), consider more comfortable deck seating as sitting in……

“We were in town for a youth baseball tournament and made a long weekend of it. The mountain retreat was the perfect place to stay!! It was steps away from the park, and close to everything (dining, stores, etc). Great closely wishing at Fools Hollow and just a short drive from Rainbow lake, our favorite Fishing spot. The house was perfect for our small family, we could’ve had a couple more and been just as comfortable. It is updated nicely and very comfortable. We will definitely try to stay……

“Property is perfectly located, so close to everything but with the enormous backyard with trees, it feels relaxed and remote at the same time. Very pet friendly.House was spacious and very clean, everything we were looking for and as advertised. Highly recommend especially if you have dogs. It is such a welcoming property.”

“Great option for 2 people. Quiet, peaceful and clean. No complaints and would stay there again. Suggestions: ice cube trays since there is no ice maker, bed not super comfy, a few more hangers in the closets and rules about walking around. There is a really nice pond in the back and we would have liked to walk around but since the owner was home (rental above the garage) wanted to be respectful of their property. “We enjoyed over a week at this beautiful cabin! It had everything we needed - an abundance of kitchen/cooking supplies, toiletries/bathroom supplies, and games/activities that our kids enjoyed! We loved the fenced in yard with fire pit, plenty of outdoor seating, and gas grill! The cabin decor was beautiful and cozy and the neighborhood was mostly peaceful and quiet. Check-in was super easy and Jeff (host) was very accommodating. Would love to stay here again! ”

“The hot tub is 5 stars! Cute cabin with everything you need for a relaxing weekend. We encountered an issue but the host was responsive and fixed it quickly. The location description does say "8 minutes to lake" and there is no lake..... But I don't blame that on the host and it wasn't a deal breaker. I just wanted to mention that in case that is a deal breaker for others. Beautiful property and delicious breakfast/lunch spots conveniently located close to the cabin. ”

"The check-in experience was a bit troublesome. I arrived late at night, the front desk assigned me the wrong room, which required me to go back and forth to update my key card. After I was unable to open the door again, a staff member accompanied me upstairs and opened the room and then we found this one was already occupied. I hope this didn’t alarm the guest inside. The room I was finally assigned had stained sheet.
Other than these issues, everything else was fine. I hope the hotel can improve its attention to detail."
