“This place is in one of the best spots in south Tampa. You are in walking distance to the best spots around Howards Ave and Hyde Park. Also its a quick trip to downtown. The Vrbo was just as advertised and very clean. I would recommend if you are solo or you and a partner. Great stay!”

Fully equipped kitchen, access to an outdoor grill, location, and decor were all excellent. I was going to book my next stay there later this month, but it had already been taken. No surprise! “Very convenient location, perfect for a family to use as a base. Very walkable to Hyde Park downtown shops and restaurants as well as restaurants and stores on South Howard. Everything you need is provided and the house is very clean. Parking is very tight but offstreet. Easy access to airport, ballparks and activities for kids. Very much enjoyed our stay.So. “This is located close to the many downtown Tampa activities. The neighborhood is beautiful with varied architecture and lush landscape. This home is the 1st floor of a renovated 1940s house. The kitchen is equipped, the beds are comfortable and the shower has excellent water pressure and hot water. The neighborhood is quiet with respectful neighbors. We appreciated the off-street parking spot right in front of the house that was plenty for a full sized pick up truck. We will stay here again……
