“The booking process is quite confusing. I booked with PayPal for 3 installment payment. Which initial deduction was made buy when i reached Spain, they required the full balance before tjey allowed me to check in. I was informed later that the money will be refunded, is been 5days now without any update about the refund. The room we had was by the road and very noisy, making it difficult to sleep. Apartment was clean and tidy. Very spacious and they provided extra covers and towels which i……

Given the cost and problems it is not good value for money - better to stay at the nearby Parador. Can fully recommend Santillana.”
