The bridge is collapsed, no water in the swimming pool, no power or electricity, no backup power, limited food, rooms not well maintained, rooms not safe, jacuzzi is rusted, overall rate: worst hotel or resort. “This was one of the best resorts/hotels I have ever stayed at. 10 rooms only, and everything you can request, wish, dream of is all included in the price. “Nice place to stay, unpretentious. What you see is what you get. A lil aircon problem when we were there but we are supplemented with another room for free with better airconditioning and a free motor for a day! I am impressed with their staff and their willingness to make it up for any inconvenience. Accomodating and responsive. “Great place!! There were some renovations and building happening during my stay but it was still quite nice, comfortable, rooms were super clean and cozy. Staff were super hospitable! The only issue was the drainage in the bathroom, the floor isn’t on a tilt so the water stayed level and wouldnt go to the drain properly. But everything else was 10/10”

“The property, as described is a bit far from the hustle and bustle of Gen Luna. I enjoyed the quiet time and how accessible it still is from everywhere. Breakfast was ok, I was expecting something more as I read from the reviews. Room was spacious for 2 pax and it also has a balcony overlooking the ocean. “It’s quiet, staff are ok; the only thing I did not like about the property is check time which is 11am, 10:45am a staff rang the bell and reminded me that I have to check out at 11am which I knew, it seems like they want to get me out of the room quick so that they can get it ready for the next guest which I understand. They should have wait until 11am before they tell the guest that it’s check out time. Other than that I’m ok with the facility ”

“Die Hoteleigenen Anlagen könnten besser instand gehalten sein, aber es ist was es ist und zwar ein Flughafenhotel … spät ankommen und früh am nächsten Tag los dafür ist es perfekt , da 3 min Fußweg zum Flughafen. (Oder halt anderes herum) Längere Aufenthalte sind hier nur unter besonderen Umständen zu empfehlen , würd ich aber vermeiden. Der Check in war sehr zuvorkommend und das Zimmer zweckmäßig.”
